1. 100-Day Risk-Free Trial
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
This extended return window goes well beyond the standard 14-day legal withdrawal period required under EU consumer law. We offer 100 days because we stand fully behind the quality and durability of our products.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

All included accessories must be returned

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

Show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or excessive wear

Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@keeprco.com .
We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer a different variant or color:
The fastest solution is to request a return and place a new order.
If you need assistance, contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact your payment provider first, then email us.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, email info@keeprco.com as soon as possible after placing it.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
9. Non-Returnable Items
