1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) , excluding public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as promotions or product launches), processing times may extend slightly. If any significant delay occurs, you will be notified by email.

4. Duties & Taxes
For customers within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable.
For international orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable in your country) are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
You can monitor your shipment in real time until it arrives.
6. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@keeprco.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Once the parcel has shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@keeprco.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in processing or transit.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us at info@keeprco.com with your order number.
We will immediately investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution — including replacement or refund where appropriate.
